Cancellation Policy
General Policies All sales are final: non-refundable and non-prorated for all no-shows and missed appointments or classes. Cancellation Policies. Full refund: Available if canceled within 48 hours by 12:00 PM. Rescheduling Policies -Individual Sessions only! Applies to the same service only. Consideration for emergencies or illness with proof at the sole discretion of Etheric Whispers/Doris Weber, and with the 48-hour cancelation policy. All approvals must be rescheduled within 48 hours of approval and used within 30 days. Credit Policies: Group Courses, Classes, and sessions only! Credit will be considered in the case of emergency or illness with proof at the sole discretion of Etheric Whispers/Doris Weber. Credit can be applied toward the next available course/class and must be rescheduled within 48 hours of approval. If no classes are scheduled/offered, credit can be applied to any other service within 3 months of approval. Missed Appointment and Late Policy Individual Sessions: Considered late or missed if more than 10 minutes past the hour. A new appointment with a new charge will apply in accordance with the above policies. Weather Closures Policy In-Person Sessions/Courses/Classes: We follow district Public Schools closures. Etheric Whispers/Doris Weber reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel session/services offered. Remote Courses/Classes/sessions: Weather Closures Policy does not apply.
